Guys- stop what you are doing, get a banana some melted dark chocolate ( with an added teaspoon of coconut oil) and make these!!!!

Leave them to set in the freezer ( takes all of 2 mins) and get creative with your dips. I went for pistachio crème and pistachios but any nut butter or fruit puree would also be unreal.

Trust me…. And give these a go. Lmk how you get on! 🫶🏼

Easter pavlova! An Eggcellent dessert for Good Friday or Easter Sunday!

🌸4 egg whites
🌸250g caster sugar
🌸1tsp white wine vinegar
🌸1tsp corn flour
🌸1tsp vanilla extract
🌸2 bags of eggs, sprinkles of choice & dried flowers
🌸200 ml double cream

In a clean bowl whisk your egg whites until they are stiff
Add the sugar a table spoon at a time and whisk until glossy and smooth
Add the vanilla, corn flour and white wine vinegar and whisk again
Place on a piping bag and pipe a round wreath shape or circle on a lined baking tray
Place in the preheated oven on 150 for an hour and then turn off the oven and leave it to cool in the oven.
Whisk your cream with a dash of vanilla essence until thick. Place in piping bag and pipe on the cooled meringue
Decorate with eggs, sprinkles and flours and then serve!

Guys it’s time to get your Easter Bunnies snuggled in an edible basket! This is the only centre piece you’ll need this month! 🐰🍫🐣

You will need:
🧺 250g chocolate and a table spoon of coconut oil melted and poured over 500g of Rice Krispie.
🧺combine the two together and then using a lined bowl- spread the mixture into a bowl shape. Put the bowl in the fridge for 30 mins or longer to set.
🧺melt another 50g white chocolate and dip your cut strawberries, blackberries or fruit of your choice into the chocolate and decorate with Easter sprinkles. Then refrigerate to set.
🧺remove your chocolate ‘basket’ from the bowl, layer it up with an Easter bunny, mini Easter eggs, your chocolate coated fruit and any other Easter chocolates you have lying around!
