Why do we often resist going for a walk when it’s raining? I was faced with this conundrum this morning when I opened the door to find it raining ☔️. I could feel the resistance to stepping out, it was tangible and it felt uncomfortable and it “felt” like the universe was saying hey take a day off and don’t go for a walk. Before I knew it my shoes were off…. immediately thinking of the “extra” things I could do with this “gained” time. Then I caught myself, I stopped, I checked in with myself…. the feelings did NOT feel good. And I thought what if the universe is talking to me in another way. What if it was testing me, helping me notice and navigate the barometer of my feelings 🤔🤨 and then 🤯💡instantly I was shoes on and out the door!

(and YES it was totally worth it 🧘‍♀️🥰)
