Exciting News – InnovateYourLife Massage Therapies is Evolving 🌿
I’m delighted to announce the next chapter of my work with the rebranding of my retreats and wellbeing offerings under the name InnovateYourLife.

The aim of InnovateYourLife is simple:
To create clear, calm and measurable improvements in your wellbeing.
Whether through retreats, treatments, or future courses in person or online, everything I offer is built around helping you regain balance, control and ease in your body and life.

Our retreats are designed to give you the time and space to reset. Expect a carefully structured experience including wellbeing treatments, practical tools for health, and the opportunity to reconnect with your body and mind in a calm environment.

Why stretching isn’t always the answer…

Many people come to a biomechanics session saying the same thing:

"I stretch all the time, but the tightness keeps coming back."

The interesting thing is…
tight muscles are not always the problem.

Often they are working overtime to protect a joint that isn’t moving well.

For example:

• Tight hamstrings can be protecting a stiff hip
• Tight shoulders can be compensating for poor rib movement
• Neck tension can come from breathing mechanics rather than the neck itself

When the body moves better as a system, the tightness often reduces naturally.

This is what biomechanics work focuses on.

Instead of chasing symptoms, we look at how the body moves as a whole and restore the patterns that allow movement to feel easier.

That’s the idea behind my sessions:
