Yoga and Pilates are two different practices, but both can complement and improve one another.
For all the yogis out there - Pilates will help strengthen your core, improve your alignment and stability, which will take your inversions and arm balances to the next level.
I am so happy, and proud to announce that from Thursday the 11th Feb, Yoga by Gigi is going to add two 30 mins Pilates classes to the schedule.
If you are already a member, the classes will part of your monthly membership - I KNOW THIS IS AMAZING 💫
