The no.1 reason I hear for not starting a health & fitness journey?

“I can’t afford it.”

And honestly I TOTALLY get it. Life is expensive right now, and for some people 1:1 Coaching genuinely feels out of reach.

But I’ve also learned this…

When something truly matters, we find a way.

We’ll book the holiday. We’ll say YOLO and whack it on the credit card. We’ll spend without hesitation when it feels worth it in the moment. But investing in your health?
The one thing that impacts your energy, confidence, mood, mindset, and quality of life every single day…Suddenly that feels like too expensive.

Which kinda blows my mind, because we don’t say health is wealth for no reason. Literally without our health we have nothing.

Feeling puffy, sluggish and over the chocolate bloat? This isn’t about dieting or punishment. It’s about gently supporting your body to do what it already knows how to do. No detoxes. Easter is not the problem… your mindset around it is.
This is where most women either panic and restrict or go full f**k it mode.

The goal isn’t to be perfect this weekend, it’s to navigate it in a balanced enjoyable way. That’s what actually creates results that last. Not being perfect but how you show up after it.

CONFIDENCE.

It’s probably the number one thing women say to me they want.

But what does that actually mean? Because it’s not just how you look.

For me and how I coach my ladies, it’s about,
~Having a sense of freedom around your body, not obsessing about it or being consumed by it
~Respecting your body & looking after it with exercise & fuelling it properly with nourishing foods
~Realising that you are so much more than your body & your weight or body size is the least interesting thing about you
~Understanding how much your body does for you & is capable of (which is a lot!)
~Wearing what you want, when you want & not being afraid to post the damn photo.😉
~It’s backing yourself, even when you’re doubting everything.
~It’s doing the thing that scares you instead of waiting until you feel ready.

And if I’m honest… I don’t always feel confident. It has grown massively over the years, but it’s still a work in progress. Always.

And this… this photo shoot? Really f**king scary. But that’s exactly why I do them. Because it pushes me out of my comfort zone. Because it’s uncomfortable and exposing and a bit terrifying…but also exciting.

And every time I do one, it builds something.
Not just my strength. But my self confidence. My self trust. My self respect. It’s about putting myself out there, trusting the process, and showing up for myself. The body happens as a by product. And it’s exactly why I do these shoots with my ladies too.

It’s not about what they weigh or how they look in the photos. It’s about the journey they’ve been on to get there. Who they’ve become. The habits they’ve built. The scary leaps they’ve taken. And the way they show up for each other on the day, hyping each other up is amazing! Women supporting other women is powerful! It’s honestly one of the most empowering, supportive environments you could be part of. Our Self Love Club is the best community out there! ❤️

A lot of the bu****it you’re seeing being promoted in women’s health right now isn’t new. It’s just being repackaged, rebranded and sold back to you as something you’re missing (with a shiny new diet culture label!)

Collagen in everything. Anti-inflammatory buzzwords.
Hormone-balancing supplements. 22 step morning routines. Bla bla blah!

It all sounds convincing. That’s the point. Because if you feel like you’re doing something wrong, you’re more likely to buy something to fix it and because the reality is far less exciting.

Most of these trends are built on small, exaggerated benefits or no solid evidence at all. And they distract from the things that actually make a difference.
You don’t need more products. You need a better strategy. And probably a lot less noise.
