Many of the women Smart Works supports face real barriers to employment and are at high risk of economic hardship, often after repeated rejection has impacted their confidence. At the heart of their work is a two-hour Interview Preparation and Dressing appointment, helping their clients look and feel their best for job interviews – stepping forward with renewed self-belief and securing employment.
At Skin + Me, helping people feel confident in their skin is at the heart of everything we do – and Smart Works shares that same purpose. Together, we’re supporting women through pivotal moments in their lives.
