Medications are not there to heal you, they’re there to remove a symptom. Until the body has to send you other ways (symptoms) to get your attention, because the root cause was never fixed, it was just masked by the medication.

Your symptoms are there to tell you what’s wrong – from there, you can figure out what to do about it.

Honour your body, start listening to it. The language it speaks is one you understand, but have just been trained to ignore.

Psychoneuroimmunology comes out of the newly research field of psychosomatic science with irrefutable evidence confirming that our mental emotional state directly and significantly affects our body’s function. This science has been selectively ignored in favour of a more mechanistic model of medicine which has only left us victim to unnecessary disease and has been exploited by those behind it. It has also been coined the mind-body connection and is especially true in cases where psychological trauma has been involved at any point.

Much scientific research has been published outlining the increased susceptibility to chronic health conditions in people who’ve experienced chronic stress, especially trauma.

Studies have also found loneliness to have a deleterious impact on cognitive and physical health and is associated with high cholesterol levels, diabetes and increased risk of mortality.

Now imagine all other traumatic life events and negative emotional states, including but not limited to: bullying, s*xual abuse, loss of a home/job, abusive parents, divorce, betrayal, abandonment, grief, guilt, resentment etc.

We need to start realising that our thoughts and mental state do affect our physical health and it’s all the more imperative to change our collective world state that is absolutely contributing to the rates of disease we see today.

Stop eating late at night. It’s quite literally the worst thing you can do. It disturbs the body from its natural rhythm and processes. It inhibits detoxification, suppresses HGH needed for growth and repair, can make you gain weight and predispose you to indigestion, blood sugar and hormonal imbalances. Yeah bro just don’t do it.

The only exception to this is if you already have blood sugar imbalances (shaky when you don’t eat or during high activity/stress etc.) you may actually need to eat closer to bedtime to help alleviate your low blood sugar.

Ultimately you need to rebalance your blood sugar sensitivity to function optimally again.

PUFAs? Now you know. Seed oils are the cheapest, most vile thing passed off as food in our industry today. People would be mortified to see the research that’s coming out.

We have more diseases today that we didn’t have 100 years ago before seed oils were introduced. The math is not hard.

Take back your control and don’t contribute to the consumption and therefore propagation of these toxins in our food.

Beauty is the clear skin, gentle face, and well-formed bone structure and head shape. These are all health derived, and not by something as arbitrary as genetics as some may think.

Breathing and sleeping in the correct way (tongue resting against roof of mouth with mouth closed) has a direct measure on shape and structure of the face and head.

Broad spectrum natural and synergistic nutrition all determine this, your health, being able to come to fruition. Let’s start giving credit where it’s due. You cannot see beauty, without health.

Sleep is the main thing. Gotta make it on time for collagen- making time! That’s 10pm-12pm by the way.

Collagen supplements are NOT guaranteed to increase collagen because they only contain the peptides that you can make collagen out of. Not to mention the high processing, various preservatives and toxicants that can induce bodily harm if not also inhibit absorption.

The body will also only make collagen according to needs and available complimentary nutrition.

So sleeping at the right time, eating a full, nutritious diet and exercise are the pillars. But make sure to note the others mentioned!

If you’ve been on the fence of whether to buy organic, please for the love of health, just do it.

Do I wish we didn’t have one more thing we need to obsess over with our food? Yes.

Do I wish we didn’t have to pay the price for it? Yes.

But none of these are good enough reasons to dismiss the issue and not buy organic. The evidence is there whether we like it or not.

Pesticides are horrific for our health and anyone who tells you otherwise is not looking at the issue the right way.

Just because subpar and elusive scientific testing says that small amounts doesn’t do anything, this bears no account to the ACCUMULATION of these toxins in our systems. This is where disease stems from.

So, I’ll be right there with you whingeing and whining about how crap it is to have to buy organic, but I’ll also not let you take anything less home because it’s that important.

We have nothing if we don’t have our health first and you need that to be able to divert your frustration accordingly - at the institutions who have failed to keep us safe and healthy.

And if it’s the price you’re worried about, there’s a lot more to lose than just money if one day you find yourself without your health.

Supplements are useless anyway because they’re not fresh, highly processed and devoid of the original nutrients.
Not to mention hardly absorbable by the body.

There is nothing that can be better than Nature. Sorry, it’s really not my fault.

Take pride in nourishing yourself with your own hand and make a natural bone broth or organic, grass-finished meat stew. Go crazy, just not the crazy that buys non-real unnatural food.
