Mirror Mirror ……
What you see in the world reflects your thinking. And your thinking but reflects your choice of what you want to see.
Your values are determiners of this.
For what you value, you must want to see - believing that what you see is really there. No one can see a world his mind has not accorded value. -A Course In Miracles-

Why is it that two or more people can look upon the same thing and have different opinions or even judgments about it?
Some barely notice it and forget it very quickly, while others see it and make a big fuss of it.
The difference lies in how they VALUE it because it:
- adds to their own Personal Identity or
- diminishes their Personal Identity or
- while for others it has no impact on their Personal Identity at all. There is a greater possibility that they are the ones who may see it for what it really is.

The Life Force within us is the same beautiful Life Force in nature. We have a conscious mind and it’s the Mind that must harmonise with the Life Force to create harmony, health and vitality individually and collectively. We can do this through experiencing the present moment. Mindfulness, moving or still meditations and any activity (eg. Singing, dancing, sport, knitting etc.) that brings you into the zone naturally gives us a taste of the harmony we are all unconsciously striving for.

To be human means that we are more than just our body and mind. There is a part of a human being that is truly Divine and when we recognise and know this part of us, we come alive …. We can learn to be with it- just as we are with our body and mind - and learn to use the trinity of body, mind and Soul in ways that inspires us to do things that can benefit both ourselves and others.

It is possible to learn how to distinguish in yourself, your body, mind and Soul and recognise your Soul’s path. It is possible to learn to harmonise these three elements so that you can live an authentic life that you love and that will benefit others too.
