Struggling to relax doesn't mean you're broken.
It means your nervous system still thinks slowing down = not safe
Of course when you feel like this you can't "just chill"
Your body is on high alert - IT'S DOING EXACTLY WHAT IT WAS WIRED TO DO.
Thats why if you work with me I don't start with Breathe work, journaling, mindset or affirmations.
I start where you actually are - stuck in survival mode, tired of pretending you are fine.
We will together quieten this alarm first - so your system can start to relax.
