You may think we are all strict and restricting ourselves in our personal life. But nope, once in a while, we like slurping up a chocolate fudge covered ice cream cone and being happy about it.

After years of experience, we can often “see-through” you trying to avoid any topics about not following the given diet plan, drinking more than usual during the weekend or when you have not made any progress in reaching your goal.
We don’t want to argue which diet is the best
With so many varieties of information and diets, we would not argue with you on which diet is the very best. It depends upon your body type, habit and lifestyles.
We don’t want to help people with crash diets but instead
Once asked on how to lose 10 pounds in the quickest way by a client to a nutritionist, the latter replied jokingly, to simply amputate a leg.
As much as we want to help you, we would rather help you slowly, step by step, in achieving a healthier lifestyle while allowing you to be able to enjoy food with a confident smile on your face.
