We’re down to the final two sharing rooms for our Dolomites Mountain Retreat, 18–22 March 2026.

Set high above Merano in the Dolomites, this four-night retreat is a full mind–body reset. Daily yoga and Pilates, guided mountain hikes and forest bathing, deeply nourishing seasonal food and restorative spa rituals — forest sauna, cold plunges, and a beautiful onsen— all held within a serene Nordic–Japanese sanctuary.

There is no pressure to do it all, only an invitation to return, and begin a rhythm for the year. Complete ten sessions across fourteen days, how suits you.
