Mornings will begin with Pilates, evenings closed with yoga and breath. Expect days filled with movement, journalling, time in nature and moments of stillness, hiking the island coastal paths, shaping clay in pottery workshops, learning the art of self-massage and lymphatic care, and sharing food grown on the land we stay in.

All held in a finca in the heart of Menorca — a space surrounded by quiet, sky, and the rhythm of the earth. More than anything, this is a chance to pause, to reset, and to come back to ourselves.
