So much love for this practice- Yin + restorative yoga has this quiet way of bringing everything back into balance. Longer holds an slower transitions gives the nervous system space to down-regulate and the body time to release- so simple, but so powerful for the nervous system.
These are my favourite practices to guide- holding space for that subtle shift when everything begins to soften and let go.
