Abacus Care & Support (“Abacus”) is proud to be a family-run business with real family values that shape the way we deliver our services. This experience is built upon our foundation of extensive professional and personal experiences of supporting people, of all ages, with complex care needs.
As a family-run business, we are genuinely passionate about providing excellent care that enables our Service Users to enjoy and get the most out of their lives regardless of their particular circumstances. Our team at Abacus aims to deliver a service that we would be happy for our family and loved ones to receive, and we aim to support our Service Users to maintain their independence and lifestyle by providing the highest quality of care. We believe in treating each person individually and by focusing on the individual needs of each of our Service Users, we aim to help them enjoy a higher standard of living. We understand that no two persons needs are the same and by offering an effective, person-centred, service that our Service Users value, we can make a real difference to people’s wellbeing.
Our Care Team have 60+ years’ combined experience of supporting adults, of all ages, with a range of support and health and social needs, to live independently in their homes. In addition to this, we have access to professional Consultancy involvement to create and develop on-going clinical support with each Service User, and to assist with the strategic development and oversight of our organisation.
At Abacus we believe that our approach offers the most successful pathway to achieving the highest level of independence and fulfilling life for Service Users. We strive to promote our values from initial contact and through all of our care provision which is tailored to suit the individual needs of our Service Users.
