Lotus and Stone Therapies is a holistic and welcoming Clinic based in South London, specialising in Clinical Reflexology.

Saturday Clinic based in Peckham ( Arts and Therapy Sanctuary, Asylum Road) and home visits available in South East London. Reflexology is a complementary health therapy that can be effective in promoting deep relaxation and wellbeing. It is a holistic treatment for the whole body, taking into account both physical and non-physical factors that might be affecting your wellbeing. Reflexologists do not treat the illness, but treat the person and can support clients through illness which can in turn offer:

*Increased relaxation
*Release of tension
*Improved sleep
*Improved mood
*Increased well being
