Grace Ndiritu - A Meal For My Ancestors: Healing The Museum Refugees and staff of the UN, NATO and EU Parliament are invited to participate in a new political and social artwork involving shamanism and food.

Grace Ndiritu artist in residence at Thalielab in Brussels, proposes a new living, political and social artwork. In preparation for the next COVERSLUT© event Psychedelic Movie Night on 8 December 2018 at I will be giving free meditation classes at Eetcafe Toreke, organized by Classes every Tuesday & Thursday from 9.30am to 10.30am in English. Beginning Tuesday 20 Nov until Thursday 29 Nov. Dropins are welcome!! 😊 Mindfulness meditation is the process of observing one's natural breath, to bring one's attention to the present moment, instead of worrying about the past or having anxiety about the future. Benefits for meditation include stress reduction, improved concentration and physical health and increased happiness. These free meditation session will be for beginners and those more advanced who just want a new quiet place to practice.

Each class will consist of:

20 mins Breathing meditation
10 mins Walking meditation
20 mins Breathing mediation
10 mins Discussion informal
