• YOUR BODY KNOWS TO TAKE IT SLOW •
Have you noticed little signs within your body that show up to tell you when you are on the verge of burn out?
Ours do to!
For each of us the signs might be different, for example:
Sara gets a sore throat. She used to ignore this sign and then would fall into burnout but because she practices mindfulness, knows the importance of listening to her body and it’s signals, and prioritises her health she now knows how to prevent burnout and fatigue.
Lotti gets a cough that gets worse the longer she ignores her situation (it’s lasted almost 6 months before she built on her self awareness 😬). She has learnt to acknowledge these signals by turning her attention inwards, body scanning regularly and assessing her environment. When the tickle begins she knows to minimise her weekly schedule to help prevent burnout & prioritise her health.
