There’s something ancient and grounding about astrology — a reminder that we’re not separate from the cosmos, but deeply woven into it ✨

Your birth chart is like a map of the sky at the moment you arrived — full of symbols, patterns, and insights that can help you understand yourself on a deeper level. You don’t need to “believe” in astrology to feel its truth. Just curiosity, and a little space to listen.

On Saturday 4th October, we’re gathering at the beautiful Hart Shoreditch for an Astrology 101 course. “Language of the Stars” is a beginner-friendly workshop to help you read your own birth chart with confidence, clarity, and connection.

Expect cacao, cosmic conversation, and plenty of “ohhh that makes so much sense” moments 🌙

Led by our lovely Erika,this circle is designed to be warm, welcoming, and practical. No jargon. No pressure. Just space to learn, explore, and connect (with yourself + others)

You’ll walk away with:

In partnership with the London Design Festival and Hart Shoreditch Hotel, journey into a storm of sound and stillness with Fire + Alchemy practitioners Jessii + Peter.

Inspired by Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night and the elemental energy of water—stormy + serene—this immersive session uses crystal bowls, gongs, and other instruments to guide you into deep release, restoration, and emotional calm.

This session is part of a series of events Supporting Rosie Reed Gold’s exhibition at the Hart Shoreditch taking place throughout the week. Stage Left, Letter Pressed is an evocative exhibition celebrating the written history of East London. Inspired by Shoreditch’s historic Curtain Theatre, where Shakespeare’s early plays like Romeo and Juliet were performed. This immersive installation weaves together video, sound, and interactive art to explore the power of language and storytelling.

Tickets support the charity Ministry of Stories.

Happy Summer Solstice!!

The Solstice peaks on Saturday 21 June at 03:42am BST here in the UK — the longest day of the year and the height of the Sun’s energy. A sacred pause, where light triumphs and nature is in full bloom.

This is such a beautiful moment to reflect — on what’s grown, what’s shifted, and what now feels clear. A time to soak in the light, feel into the abundance around you, and gently realign with what you truly want and need.

We have a new post on the blog today, guest written by Laura, aka The Secret Inspirer, exploring sacred rituals and soulful, earth-aligned ways to honour the light — from seasonal rituals the herbs that support us, to Tarot insight for the Summer Solstice Energy.

A gentle reminder: Nature moves in cycles. While the Solstice is a celebration of light, it also marks a turning — a slow return inward. Let your body hold both the fire and the softness. It’s been a turbulent 2025 so far. Rest is sacred.

However you honour your summer solstice — a big ritual or quiet walk in nature, enjoy it!
