Are you one of these people above? If you answered yes then maybe it’s time to start thinking about how you eat. I myself know how hard this is especially when you’ve just had a long day at work/ college and it’s so easy to scoff your food down. However this is one of the reasons we bloat and it may also lead to weight gain. So try be more mindful and eat slower when you eat!

What an incredible experience!

The Middlesex development camp was a great turn out this year and I was honoured to be a part of it!

I was talking Fuelling for Swimming performance and recovery.

We spoke about the importance of nutrition for swimming, how we can fuel our performance and recovery and pre and post workout snack and meal ideas.

It was great to meet so many enthusiastic and inspirational young athletes.
