...Not exactly but update🙃.
Every week I do my progress pictures, it's been consistent for over 5 yrs.
Age: 42
Body weight: 84.5kg
Waist: 82cm
Current goal:
-getting stronger,
-getting bigger,
-staying relatively lean,
Why: because I love this lifestyle, daily challenges, discipline. I want to motivate my clients and you and show to everyone that it can be done with full time job, family and two small kids.
My body part I don't like:
- middle section (abs) is too wide and too thick, but can I change it? Well, I can get leaner but the only way to make it smaller is by removing ribs🤣. F*** it! Looks like the shoulders need to get broader, the back thicker and visually the waist gets smaller💪🏻.
There is no perfect bodies! Remember it🙌🏻
