I used to think I was “too sensitive.”
Too open
Too much

I could walk into a room and feel everything 😬
every emotion, every projection + pain!

So I did what I was told:
grounding, clearing, shielding, cord cutting.

Some of it helped for a moment
but nothing held.

Because the issue wasn’t my sensitivity -
it was my spiritual covering.

When trauma cracks your protection,
sensitivity turns into suffering😮‍💨

Once I healed the trauma roots,
closed what was open,
and activated the armor God actually gave us…

Everything changed!

I could perceive without absorbing!
I could stay myself in any environment!
Peace became constant, not conditional!

Sensitivity didn’t disappear —
it changed into spiritual authority.
