Are you listening to your body?
What has it been trying to tell you lately?
Whether it's tension, fatigue, or restlessness or through headaches, stomach issues, burnout, or sheer exhaustion, 😮💨🫣 these is your body's way of telling you something...
We often override the signals, pushing through with “just one more task” or “I'll rest later.” But your body is wise and can even store trapped emotions.
Through experience of so many heath ups and downs after my burnout and glandular fever, I'm a big believer now that it’s not your boys way of trying to stop you.... No no no, but actually it protecting and supporting you. 💛
Because what would be the final outcome if you kept pushing, kept ignoring, worked through the pain and discomfort.... Where would you be? Probably not in a great place🤦🏽♀️
So....
Pause. Breathe. Tune in.
