Our mental health is influenced by our diets and our gut health. Our gut health affects our mental health. It may feel odd or unusual to select certain food, but it's good to be the unique person in a crowd. We can try new ways of life and see what helps us. Often the old is the new way of life. We can break free from the mass market trends, break free from the myths, and have an educated approach to make positive changes. We can train our minds.
Ancient grains are high in protein, low in gluten. The gluten they contain is different from the gluten we created in the last century. They are kind in our gut health. High protein means we can have a little of it and feel full. Therefore, we can use it as a part of a calorie controlled diet.
They have essential nutrients that modern grains lack.
