Our mental health is influenced by our diets and our gut health. Our gut health affects our mental health. It may feel odd or unusual to select certain food, but it's good to be the unique person in a crowd. We can try new ways of life and see what helps us. Often the old is the new way of life. We can break free from the mass market trends, break free from the myths, and have an educated approach to make positive changes. We can train our minds.
Ancient grains are high in protein, low in gluten. The gluten they contain is different from the gluten we created in the last century. They are kind in our gut health. High protein means we can have a little of it and feel full. Therefore, we can use it as a part of a calorie controlled diet.
They have essential nutrients that modern grains lack.

We develop anxiety when we politicise social groups, religious values, gender identity, gender roles, our daily lifestyle. The anxiety can develop in an individual, or it can be a collective experience. Anxiety stops us from reflecting, analysing evaluating, and making positive changes. Anxiety keeps us in the darkness. It refrains us from having an enlightening debate, and finding self- confidence. Moreover, anxiety tells the abused to repeat the abuse.

Anxiety has many roots. We can train our mind to relieve from bad education, negative concepts. It is okay to study, and understand diverse concepts. We can free our mind from politicising people, culture, concepts, and religions. When we train our minds to have positive visions, we start to experience internal peace.

Do you feel you need to rush? Do you feel nothing is working as they should or people are too slow to catch up. Do you often struggle with simple things such as putting your watch in? Or do you feel you can't concentrate on a story, movie, or on someone's speech? Do you avoid people, essential places, events, and activities to feel relieved? Do you feel annoyed by the concept of meditation, prayer, and reflective conversation? Do you feel that you always have to fight something, or stay opposed to some people or concepts? Do you always justify these and feel a rage inside? These are a result of anxiety. Anxiety has many faces. Some anxiety seems externally calm. Some anxiety hides behind an identity. Not all anxiety displays the internal anger. Untreated anxiety affects not only you but the people around you. It's okay to have anxiety, because you're a human. It's okay to ask for help.
