Through my own personal journey I realised how thoughts affect our wellbeing and how negativity can cause inbalance in the body. The therapies I offer are simple and effective ways of restoring energy flow and balance mind,body and soul. Alongside, my Private Practice, I also volunteer for a Day Care Centre for the elderly. I truly believe that holistic therapy is the way forward in creating harmony in oneself.
