One of my fav breakfasts to have, what about you?

This is as creative as porridge gets for me 😅. I add strawberries, blueberries, some honey and peanut butter!

I need more ideas! I’ve seen people add seeds or nuts but I’m worried it will taste weird 😂. What do you add to yours?

Happy Sunday relaxation day🌞

I am spending my day resting, planning my goals and targets for the week ahead and having a zoom pizza party later 🍕 can’t wait!

I hope you all had a good weekend! I spent the weekend doing absolutely nothing and it was great 😅. Those rest days are really need sometimes!

But back at it today, I always feel so good after a workout 🏋🏾‍♀️. I focused on legs and glutes 🍑 and now I’m about to go on my walk to get some fresh air (I literally haven’t stepped foot outside in days😩).

THE BEST GUACAMOLE
-
🥑1 large ripe avocado
🍅2 small tomatoes
🧅1/4 red onion
🌿A little chopped coriander
🧂Salt pepper and paprika
🍈Juice of half a lime

1️⃣Mash avocado with a fork (don’t overmash a little chunky is always good🤤)
2️⃣Chop two small tomatoes and throw in
3️⃣Finely chop red onion and rinse in a sieve before adding to guacamole
4️⃣ Chop a little coriander, add to bowl
5️⃣ Season to taste with some salt 🧂 and pepper and a dash of paprika
6️⃣Squeeze lime juice over the top, mix and you’re done!

I had this on top of my tacos 🌮 (see next slide) for dinner and then the next day with some nachos as a snack! @ London, United Kingdom

- 1/4 red onion
- A little chopped coriander

Because of social distancing of course I haven’t seen my best friend for ages, but everyday we send photos and tell each other what we are eating 😂. Tomorrow we are ordering a takeaway to eat at the same time together on FaceTime 😅.

I was so worried at the start of this lockdown because of the progress I’d made so far with my health and fitness. I didn’t want to jeopardise it!

Here are a few tips that have helped me so far if you feel like you are struggling:

1️⃣Don’t beat yourself up about it! If you have had a bad day, week, month, etc it is not the end of the world, remember it is not a race you should go at your own pace. Remind yourself of your goals and start over the next day!

2️⃣Start off slow.🚶🏾‍♀️You don’t need to begin by working out for 1 hour+. Try going for a walk, doing a 20 minute hiit, 10 minutes of skipping.

3️⃣Don’t punish yourself by restricting your diet massively. 🍬🍫Allow yourself to have a treat, life is hard enough as it is!😂. Plus nowadays there are so many alternatives and low calorie options of your favourite snacks!

4️⃣Try not to compare yourselves to others. It doesn’t do you any favours. You are on your own journey, focus on yourself and your own goals!👍🏾

5️⃣Write down and tick off your small triumphs and goals!✅⭐️It feels so good when you read back through them!
