The bagel I've got a handle on. My bolus if 5 units 20-30 mins always deals with the spoke. I love a cheeky burger. I have been working in carbs using same types and ammonia perfect the bolus. Helps me keep food and fuel tasty at home.

Whole roast chicken. Roasted broccoli, savoy cabbage, spring onion, chili oil and soy.

I love quick and easy. This year I seem to always have roasted chicken in the fridge, so this took me 15 mins to throw together after a tough day at work. 💪❤️.
