We went for a dual plane (“behind the muscle”) approach.

👩‍⚕️This 34yo had a 5cm wide re**us diastasis (this is where the “six-pack muscles have separated) after 3 children and c-sections. She’d been working hard in the gym and dieting but whatever efforts she’d put in the loose skin, stretchmarks and bloated look didn’t miraculously disappear.

I performed a tummy tuck with muscle repair and look at how well she’s healing 4 months after surgery!
Scars will continue to fade. She told me she’s back to her usual gym routine and her core feels stronger than ever🤩

This active 33yo patient wanted more upper pole fullness. She didn’t dislike her breasts per se but just felt that they were emptier and smaller than she’d prefer.
I performed a Subfascial breast enlargement (i.e. “in front of muscle”).

I used Motiva Regular Round 310cc implants.
Small incisions nicely hidden in the breast fold.
She’s just back from her first holiday with the new b***s and we were both thrilled with the results!

😍This gorgeous 40yo mum of 2 lost breast volume and upper pole fullness after dropping weight and going to the gym regularly. Her aim was “a bit bigger and fuller, nothing extraordinary”.

I placed 300cc Mentor smooth moderate profile implants in a subfascial (i.e. “in front of muscle”) plane. As always with the scar nicely hidden in the breast fold.
We both couldn’t be happier with the results!
