💥 Our events are back 💥

An afternoon or immersion into the seasonal change that is about to happen; late summer into autumn. We will dive deep into nourishing, restoring and at times moving the body through the fire season (summer) into the grounding earth (autumn).

There will be time to pause and reflect on the summer with journaling prompts and set intentions for the autumn.

Yoga and meditation will provide movement through the fire into the grounding stillness of the earth season with Chloe

Our clinic founder Jo .acu and Emma of will take you through some self-help tools of how to nourish yourself heading into the colder months ahead. There will be the choice to have acupuncture / acupressure or magnets placed to revive you at the end of this hot 🥵 summer and rejuvenate you to face September head on with a new perspective 🧡

A lunch will be provided as well as goodie bags to take away with you to journey further into Chinese Medicine if you wish ✨

This will be an intimate gathering, only 10 spaces available ✨
