National Self Care Week 2025: “Your Health, Your Way”
National Self Care Week (17–23 November 2025) is a nationwide initiative to help everyone take charge of their health and wellbeing. This year’s theme — “Your Health, Your Way” — encourages people to make small, positive changes that support their physical and mental health every day.
Self care is about understanding when you can look after yourself, when you need a bit of help, and when it’s best to seek advice from a healthcare professional. Whether it’s eating well, staying active, getting enough rest, managing stress, or keeping up with regular check-ups, every step makes a difference.
Throughout the week, NHS teams and community partners will be sharing practical tips, local support options, and resources to help you stay well and confident in managing your own health.
