This lovely patient felt her eyes made her look more tired than she really was, despite feeling well and active.

In her case, we used a light touch to the tear troughs to soften the hollowing, and a small amount of filler in the temples to gently support the upper face. By restoring volume in these key areas, the skin sits more smoothly and the eyes appear naturally brighter and more open.

The aim here is not to change her features, but to bring back softness and balance so she looks like herself on a good day, every day.
