Words really cannot describe the experience we all had in Kenya, it can only be felt through the heart.

I've been blessed to have traveled here 3 times in this last year and it feels like home. And everyone at Olepangi Farm like family.

To share the Kenya experience with the women who've joined me on this sacred journey so far, it's been an honour.

To be side by side this time around with my fellow lioness Kate Harlow, was a dream come true.

The Kenya experience has nourished the deepest parts of my soul. I feel satiated. I feel inspired. And with this fullness, we continue on our journey exploring the wonders of this beautiful planet, the treasures within the people we meet, and the beauty of our interconnectedness.

I wish for everyone to experience this magic, and I am happy to announce that we are going back in November!

But first off, I'll be taking an intimate group of women to Hydra, Greece in the Spring. Click the link in my bio to find out more about these upcoming retreats and adventures.
