Box Breath Meditation 🧘‍♂️ this is a great one for checking in with yourself, relaxation and grounding. I often use this before meditating; placing a hand over my heart, bringing my full awareness to my third eye and the breath.

ANCHORING 💫 How to stop unhelpful feelings and thoughts from getting in your way.

Additional tip: It’s incredibly useful to ‘stack’ any new experiences or stand out memories of your chosen positive emotion. This will make your ‘anchor’ even more powerful and flood your system with *positive emotion* when you next need that extra BOOST.
