I would like to dedicate this post to everyone sufferring from anxiety, depression and any type of small or big mental health issues. Your feelings are valid and you are stronger than you may currently feel. You are not alone. The pandemic has caused a lot of uncertainty and I pray that you find peace and tranquility in your heart. We are all allowed to have down days, be worried and have fear of the unknown. Always remember better days will come and positivity will enter when your ready. I have also found talking about your feelings really does help. And allowing the tears to roll down your cheeks is definately helpful...let it all out and don't be afraid to express how you feel. Self care first! X

I have a new thing for reels now, as you may have realised...love it though time consuming. Through my 9 to 5 and other responsibilities, I still manage it.
