When SC first came to me, she’d recently recovered from a parasite after wild water swimming, but her gut hadn’t been the same since. She was then dealing with ongoing gastritis symptoms, alongside severe PMS and painful periods.

We ran a comprehensive functional stool test (which confirmed the parasite had cleared) and created a personalised gut-support protocol. Although hormone symptoms were a big concern, I wanted to start by rebuilding her gut foundations first.

Through targeted nutrition, lifestyle support and carefully selected supplements, we worked on restoring balance from the inside out.

A few months later, her digestion had significantly improved and her PMS and period pain are much more manageable.

Quick WFH lunches that support my hormones, balance my blood sugar levels are keep my energy levels sustained throughout the day for back to back clients.

There will often be a protein source, whether it’s eggs, feta, cottage cheese, tofu or fish, lentils, beans
Fibre - veggies, quinoa, beans, lentils
Healthy fats - olives, olive oil, avocado, oily fish

I recommend making time for lunch, sitting away from the desk, and eating mindfully so you can properly digest your food. If you have time go for a walk after you’ve eaten as this aids digestion and helps balance your blood sugar levels. Even if it a a quick 15-20 minutes. Getting the fresh air helps.

Some of these are quick rustle ups which take around 10 mins, others I’ve batch cooked like the soups, quinoa or lentil dishes. Batch cooking is a great way to save time and energy and prioritise nutrient dense foods.

If you need some guidance on how to support your hormones with nourishing meals, and key nutrients for your needs then get in touch. DM me or drop me an email. Link in bio

Most of my clients come to me feeling frustrated. They’ve tried countless diets, protocols and supplements, yet nothing seems to work.

They’re busy women who want to take control of their health, but they’re still struggling with ongoing symptoms, whether it’s a hormonal imbalance or persistent bloating.

I help women nourish their gut and hormones through a supportive diet and lifestyle, so we can get to the root cause, not just mask the problem.

Lovely nourishing weekend with friends. I needed the time out from London especially during the festive season. Thank you to for hosting a beautiful restorative workshop. I fell asleep during the sound bath - what does that tell you. I’ve become a big advocate of rest and slowing down the pace, and the reset is very much needed when you live in a busy city. Feeling grateful! 🙏🏼 ❤️

Throwback to last week!

I spent the day doing back-to-back consultations with the lovely staff at HQ, on behalf of . We’re stocked in H&B stores across the UK, so it was great to help the team learn more about our products and how they can support your wellbeing. Loved their little wellness room.

If you’re curious about food-grown supplements, you can book a free 15-minute consultation with one of our team. We’ll help you personalise your supplement plan and share some dietary and lifestyle advice too.

𝗦𝘆𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗼𝗺𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗱

‌Your stomach has hydrochloric acid in it to help you digest your food. Hypochlorhydria is a condition marked by low levels of stomach acid.

It can be caused by several factors like age, stress, medications, surgery, infections.

This could also be a cause for your bloating, but what is good is that there is something you can do about it. There’s also tests you can do to find out if you have low stomach acid.

If you’re suffering from gut issues like bloating and indigestion then get in touch. I can take you on a 3 month program to get to the root cause, heal your gut, make you enjoy food again.

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗔𝗺 𝗜 𝗔𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱?

Bloating can be normal occasionally. However it is not normal to feel bloated all the time. It’s complex issue and can stem from a variety of factors, so getting to the root cause is so important.

It’s one of the most common symptoms I see in clinic, and I’ve experienced this myself.

Does any of this resonate with you?

𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗛𝗮𝗯𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

In the wellness industry and on social media especially, there’s sometimes too much emphasis on what we need to be cutting out and not enough of what we can add to our diet and lifestyle.

In my clinic I like to focus on the positive changes we can make. What can we add to or incorporate more of?

I’ve just had a follow up appointment with one of my clients and was amazed by her progress. Just a few simple changes have greatly improved her health. Plus if you’re trying to improve your gut health, I guarantee these are going to help.

This could be:
💦 Drinking more water
🥬Adding a few more veggies to your plate
🍳Eating an energising breakfast
🍵Changing a caffeinated drink to a decaf or herbal tea
🚶‍♂️Going for a walk at lunchtime
🛌 Having an earlier bedtime

What can small changes can you implement into your daily routine?
