Healthy breakfast inspo to fuel your yoga practice🫶🏻

🥣🍫Chocolate PB Overnight oats - takes 60 seconds to prepare in the morning:

🌙 The night before:
Mix one in a bowl:
- a scoop of chocolate protein powder
- 150ml oat milk
- 35g rolled oats
Cover with cling film and put in the fridge

🌞 In the morning:
Scoop in half a pot (75g) of white chocolate Icelandic yogurt (i use Lindahls Kvarg from waitrose)

Proteins: 33
Carbs: 33
Fats: 7.5
Calories: 331.5 kcal

Optional toppings: raspberries, blueberries, PB and honey drizzles🍓🫐🍯

Bon appetite 🥄

Alternatively if you are taking it to work - use a mason jar instead of a bowl🫶🏼
