What does give meaning to your life? How do you get zest for life?
For me it’s the good enough attachments and our relationships! Our attachments are starting from babyhood. In fact even before, from mother’s womb. There isn’t anything more beautiful and, meaningful, than seeing a baby or a child calming down and, having capacity to accept a loving hug from loving mum, following a traumatic birth or illness! And guess what is one of the best experiences for calming down? Lol😍

Drumroll please!!!- the answer was gallstones. They were cholesterol type . And that picture was forwarded to me following a successful CST session, that helped reducing the shoulder pain following gold-bladder laparoscopy operation. This was an online session; between London and Berlin. I am always very grateful how much I learn from each CST session:
* There are two types of gallstones: cholesterol and pigment stones. Both types have their own unique epidemiology and risk factors.
* And there is usually shoulder pain following the operation as carbon dioxide gas is pumped through a tube to inflate tummy (abdomen) during the operation.
* Some of the gas used to inflate abdomen can remain inside abdomen after the procedure, which can cause: bloating, cramps, shoulder pain, as the gas can irritate diaphragm (the muscle used to breathe), which in turn can irritate nerve endings in shoulder!
