I'm Maria, a qualified Life Coach & Hypnotherapist. Get in touch to move forward with me! I'm a huge advocate of coaching to help manage these stressors.

I offer online 1:1 & 2:1 relationship sessions to support you to move past unhelpful thoughts, feelings & habits to enhance your performance, health & wellbeing. I'm Maria, a qualified Life Coach & Hypnotherapist with 1,000+ sessions of experience. I offer online sessions for 1:1 support, relationships, smoking cessation and more, to fulfill your potential by improving your mental and physical wellbeing. To pursue a career helping others, I graduated in psychology from University College London (UCL) and began working in the mental health sector, including the NHS. I later moved into client services within design agencies and as a result, I can relate to the challenges of changing careers and juggling a busy lifestyle in a desk-bound job. I finally decided to fulfil my ‘true calling’ in a holistic way by combining my experience and passions for movement, wellness, and creativity by becoming a Life Coach & Hypnotherapist incorporating physical and mental wellbeing. I am also a Lived Experience Practitioner, using my personal experiences of mental and physical health challenges to improve NHS mental health services.
