Are going through a flare up?
Please don't despair and try not to blame yourself. Flare up do happen from time to time. I understand how frustrating and annoying you feel right now.

👉 Self-Care: Spend some quality time on yourself
👉 Sleep is essential for gut healing
👉 Deep breathing helps to stimulate your vagus nerve
👉 Spacing meals will help your MMC work effectively
👉 Wear loose clothing so you don’t constrict your abdominal area
👉 Eliminate your personal triggers.
👉 Avoid Intense Workout - give yourself a break!
👉Watch a comedy - this usually helps me reduce stress 😁
