This video demonstrates how looking at a computer screen - or at a tablet or mobile phone - weakens the energy that controls the health of your eyes and areas of your brain and nervous system.

This doesn't mean your eyes will necessarily be permanently damaged - that depends on how much of the incoming environmental stress you naturally eliminate. But your eyes are stressed by all kinds of screens and, for many of us, there comes a point where our body's natural defenses will be overwhelmed and so unable to fully-maintain optimal health.

'Energy-awareness' is the ability to perceive how your energy is being affected by something long before its consequences become obvious. In this video, we use an EnergyContact™ test to demonstrate how two points in the human energy body - the 'vision chakra' and the '6th chakra' - are weakened by looking at a computer screen.
