🧘‍♀️ Join our 8-Week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Course — a research-backed program designed to help you reduce stress, manage pain, improve focus, and live with greater ease.

I am delighted to share that I’ll be co-leading this freely offered (donation based) half-day retreat for charity.

I’m thrilled to be co-teaching this with my friend and colleague Sarah Pace. We are enjoying immersing ourselves in the programme and practices for the retreat, which we hope will be an enriching experience.
