Whether it be volunteering to help your local community, with food and medicine deliveries, doing the shopping for your neighbours that may be shielding, becoming a call befriender or helping at a food bank. It’s the little gestures that count. Please continue spreading the knowledge with your friends and family. Together we can prevent, protect and educate.
