Mummy & Me Postnatal Yoga – Move, Breathe, Connect
Embrace the early days of motherhood with our nurturing Mummy & Me Postnatal Yoga course — a beautiful blend of movement, breathwork, and connection.
This class is all about you:
• Gently rebuilding core + pelvic floor strength
• Releasing tension in the shoulders and chest
• Supporting your emotional well-being
• Connecting with your baby and a warm community of local mums
Led by an experienced teacher, you’ll flow through gentle yoga, calming breathwork, and deep relaxation — with space for cuddles, feeds, stretches, and snoozes.
Start from 6 weeks postpartum (vaginal birth) or 8 weeks (c-section). No yoga experience needed.
Starts Tuesday 13th May | 11:15am | £80 for 6 weeks
