Nothing good has ever come out of skipping a meal, I hear it all the time ‘I skipped lunch so I had biscuits at 5!’
Skipping a meal will only set you up for failure because remember when your body is hungry you crave sugar.. let that sink in.
Make sure you get your proper meals in and on time. Do not let your body get into starvation mode because when you do your cells and your body crave food which causes you to over eat.
So notice a pattern, when your hungry you always tend to reach for high sugary foods such as chocolates biscuits crisps. You also go for the easiest option and what’s that.. junk food!
My tip would be to prepare your meals in the morning, or at least know what you will be having for your breakfast, lunch and dinner. This will help you to avoid making on the go unhealthy food choices!
