From Surviving to Thriving 💥
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us on Sunday for our Health & Longevity Workshop hosted by .paincoach and — it was incredible to see so many of you investing your time and energy into your health and wellbeing (especially on such a sunny day!).
This workshop was all about moving beyond survival mode and stepping into a life where you can truly thrive. We explored the 5 Pillars of Health — Movement, Sleep, Nutrition, Stress & Relationships — and focused not just on knowledge, but on how to apply it to your life in a meaningful way.

We’ve already taken your feedback on board to evolve future workshops — with even more space for discussion, reflection, and practical learning.
