Having manageable anxiety is a healthy human experience to feel daily to get on with life; it’s normal to feel anxious when we start a new job, meet new people, go on a date or when sudden, unprecedented life events disrupt our daily routine. However, how you regulate your anxiety is critical, so it does not control you.

Anxiety is the body’s physical signal of a stressful event or perceived threat. It could be feelings of rapid breathing, tightness around the chest, butterflies in the stomach, a burst of energy, fear, worry, and uneasiness; however, symptoms can differ for individuals.

How do we decide what manageable anxiety is and what’s not? Do your symptoms destructive to your daily and social life, keep you isolated from social situations, and affect your relationships? If yes, exploring your anxiety with others can help you to normalise your anxiety and let go of barriers you built for self-protection, which keeps you isolated and overwhelmed alone.
Unresolved long-term anxiety can lead to depression, social anxiety, anxiety attacks and suffering alone. Furthermore, it can cause hypervigilance in our fight or flight response, leading to overanalysing situations or expecting the worst.

In these 12-week sessions, we will.

· Explore the root of your anxiety
· Managing stress and its relationship with anxiety
· Unconscious negative self-beliefs and catastrophising
· What do you lose when you give in to fear?
· What do you gain by choosing the anxiety-provoking option?
· Recognize triggers – gain tools and resources
· Befriending your anxiety
· Reconnecting with self and others
· Feeling safe in your body.

This group work is for anyone who struggles to connect and built meaningful relationships.
Do you feel alone while surrounded by people and unable to enjoy life as much as others? Last minute cancelling or avoiding social situations while simultaneously yearning for deep intimate relationships? Starting new friendships and yet unable to keep up with the demands of friendships and relationships. This group work can be for you to understand your attachment style and the cause of your inner conflict patterns while one part of you wants to be loved and another part disconnects from people.

To gain maximum benefits from this group work requires attending sessions consistently.

What you’ll gain from this group work:
· The root and patterns of disconnection
· Toxic communication between your adult self and inner child
· Breaking down ego (false self) feelings
· Consequences of living from the Ego
· How to work with abandonment and rejection
· Letting go of negative belief system
· Adopting new techniques to regulate rather than substance use/addictions and co-dependency
· Learning how to take responsibility for our inner child’s pain

Have you thought of what happens during anger in your brain ? Why some of us struggle with anger issues and others not ?
This would be a perfect programme for adults and adolescents to understand their anger and build healthy relationships.

In this 20 week program, we will:
• Identify the root of your anger
• Find your anger styles
•Explore communication styles and listening skills
•Learn how to manage your stress level and triggers
•Gain resources and tools to work with your anger
•Conflict resolution

What if it wasn't about Post Traumatic Stress being a "disorder"? What if it was a Post Traumatic Stress "Response?"

You are perfectly made.

And that also means that the responses your body has to traumatic stress are wise responses trying to get your attention... not just some random disorder that needs to become an identity.

One day, they will call it PTSR officially. Post Traumatic Stress Response.

But not yet - because we need a developmental and attachment trauma-informed DSM. (The book where all these diagnoses' come from.)

For now, keep treating the symptoms and start to focus on your physical & emotional trauma work. (the root cause)

Heal your relationship with your body.

Heal your relationship to relationship.

Create and live in a nurturing environment.

Create healthy relationships that are safe and supportive.

Don’t let a healthcare system that’s in the dark ages and broken make you feel broken.

Find places where you feel safe and supported.

Be intentional about not isolating, but instead... find safety in communities and friendships and relationships where you feel safe.

Isolation is the worst thing for PTSR and all other diagnoses.

Know this...

Your diagnosis is not your identity.

You are not broken.

You can heal.

You are doing such a good job.

You are not alone.

You are loved.

In that love, include me.
