Today - a Shiatsu Practitioners day where we shone a spotlight to this very special touch we use in Shiatsu. We also worked to release tension in the Psoas muscle.

Shiatsu Touch: listens, communicates, informs, responds, lets the client feel heard, is compassionate, meets need, relieves, supports, promotes curiosity, cultivates intuition, creates safety, allows change and much more.

Illuminating these aspects led to participants feeling inspired to work more intuitively, breaking away from formulaic, mind-led moves and really connecting with their own body, trusting, and finding more connection with their receiver.

A beautiful day with delicious soup fit for a sunny autumnal day.
