Heading off on a chilly London morning to an Archetype workshop.

Couldn’t be more excited. I’ve been obsessed with archetypes for the longest time.

It’s called archetypes resourcing our future and this is so resonant.

Recently I’ve realised I need to change tack and rather than look at unearthing the pain and the trauma I need to resource myself instead.

So looking forward to connecting with the archetypes over the next couple of days that will support me to move ever onward in my journey of becoming all I am and supporting others to do the same.

The next Family Constellations workshop with Ancestral Healing & Connection is on Sun 23 Nov, 1.30–5.30pm in the wonderful Beckenham Place Mansion , South East London.

These Ancestral Connection and Healing workshops help us connect with that which can support us in our current lives and challenges.

As seen in hit TV shows Another Self and S*x, Love & Goop, Family Constellations can help get to the root of problems and clear the path to living our lives with more ease.

These workshops offer the chance to connect with supportive ancestors and to explore and release blocks or hidden dynamics within your family system. Throughout the workshop we aim to restore balance so that life and love can flow more freely.

There’s so much energetically shifting and moving on the Earth right now.
The sun is sending us huge waves of energy - the earth’s energy frequencies are shifting as well.
And so many of us are feeling energetic growing pains.
Since taking the Karuna Reiki training a couple of weeks ago so much has been coming up to heal.
I’ve been faced with some of my deepest patterns and wounds.
And yet what I’m learning is how not to fall into the pit and go down the rabbit hole of my own trauma - what’s sometimes termed a trauma vortex.
But alternatively to realise that if I’m facing a difficulty in life rather than start digging into the roots of my trauma and making myself feel worse to find resources that strengthen and enable me to transcend the limitations or difficulties.
And for me this is where so much of my wounding lies - in the lack of resources available to me.

The reason why I do so many of the events I do like the Reiki Rejuvenation Evening is because I find them as resourcing as much as the people that attend.

We all need connection and a sense of belonging it’s hardwired into us - it creates a sense of wellbeing and safety. It’s not easy to find this in London.

Reiki Rejuvenation Evenings offer a space where you can drop into an energetic space of welcome and warm hearted community.

We go through a series of meditations connecting to Reiki Energy sending healing to ourselves and others in the space. Cleansing and deepening we come into the here and now, our problems melt away. We feel seen and heard and included.

The last half of the evening is always a beautiful Reiki Meditation Experience- lie or sit down and receive the equivalent of a Reiki sessions worth of energy.

This last Reiki evening of the year on Fri 14 Nov I’ll be sharing a Reiki Experience to empower us for Peace that I received on the recent Karuna Reiki training that I attended. It’s very powerful.

Such a magical afternoon of gently connecting to our voices with the support of the drums.

It was such a step by step process of getting to know our voices, acknowledging patterns held deep in our systems, allowing connection and courage supported by safety and comradeship.

Doing this work with other women totally reminds me why it’s so very important.

Immense gratitude to all those who came along and all the gentle and tender journeying we did together.

Such an honour to facilitate and witness leaps, bounds and baby steps towards more self expression and the voice coming into its own.

There will be more of these workshops next year and I’m thinking of ways to offer deeper and longer experiences for those who want them.

To all of us evolving, facing in and moving forward I salute you. 💖💖💖
