Confidence in meetings is often about delivery, not content.

Slow your speech so your words land clearly.
Lower your pitch slightly at the end of sentences to avoid a questioning tone.
Use silence instead of filler words. Pausing shows certainty and control.

These small shifts change how you are perceived immediately.
