Dear Healthy woman, Are you bloated?

Try this first:
Probiotics. Ginger. Track your cycle. Reduce stress.

Simple, but powerful for your gut.

Save this and try it this week.

Women have been taught to endure what they should actually examine.

Painful periods. Constant bloating. Recurring itching. Extreme fatigue.

These things are common, but they are not normal.

Your body always gives signals before bigger problems show up. The goal is not to endure them. The goal is to understand them.

Some women’s health issues are very common
but that does not make them normal ✨

Severe period pain
Constant fatigue
Bloating that never really goes away
Recurring infections
Mood changes that disrupt your life

These are often normalized, ignored, or endured in silence.

Your body is not meant to be managed through discomfort.
It is meant to be understood.

Save this as a reminder.
Share it with a woman who needs to hear it.

Dear healthy women 🥰,

If UTIs or yeast infections keep coming back, it’s not random
and it’s not something to quietly manage forever.

Recurring infections usually have underlying causes
from disrupted va**nal balance to hormonal changes and daily habits.

Understanding why it happens is the first step toward preventing it.

Dear Healthy women 👩‍❤️‍👩

Your gut and va**nal health are deeply connected 🌿

Two everyday fruits that quietly support both:

🍌 Banana – rich in fiber and prebiotics that feed good gut bacteria, helping your body maintain balance
🥑 Avocado – packed with healthy fats that support hormone health and overall va**nal tissue wellness

When your gut is supported, your va**nal environment benefits too.
Simple choices, Real impact.

Save this for your next grocery run 🤍

Your gut health and va**nal health are more connected than you think ✨

When your gut is out of balance, it can show up as bloating, low immunity, frequent infections, or discomfort down there.
A healthy gut supports good bacteria, and good bacteria help protect your va**na.

What helps both?
• Eating fibre-rich foods
• Drinking enough water
• Limiting excessive sugar
• Avoiding unnecessary douching
• Managing stress
• Paying attention to your body’s signals

Save this, share with another woman, and remember: intimate health is health, not shame.

Always tired isn’t a personality trait.
It’s often a symptom.

Iron deficiency is common in women especially Black women, and many of us are walking around depleted, calling it “normal life.”

Fatigue, dizziness, hair thinning, brain fog, heavy periods…
Your body may be asking for attention, not endurance.

Iron deficiency is treatable, but it starts with awareness, proper testing, and addressing the root cause, not self-medicating.

Save this for later.
Share it with a woman who’s always tired.
Follow for women-centred health education 💛
