Let’s be honest, most women don’t struggle because of fibroids alone…
They struggle because they don’t have the right information early enough.

Fibroids can affect fertility, but not always.
What matters is location, impact, and timing of action.

This is your reminder to stop guessing and start checking.

If you’ve been:
• Ignoring symptoms
• Hoping it goes away
• Or feeling confused

This is your sign to get clarity.

If you’re managing fibroids, your diet matters more than you think.

Some foods make symptoms worse.
Others help your body find balance.

Fibroids are more common than many women realize…
but so many of the symptoms are ignored or normalized.

Heavy periods.
Constant bloating.
Pelvic pressure.
Fatigue.

These are things a lot of women have been told to “just deal with.”

But your body is always communicating.

And part of taking care of your health is paying attention to patterns that don’t feel normal for you.

This post isn’t to scare you, it’s to inform you.

If something feels off, it’s okay to ask questions, seek clarity, and advocate for your health.

This year, many conversations around International Women’s Day centre on a simple idea: Give to Gain.

The more I reflect on it, the more I realise how powerful this message is when it comes to women’s health.

So many women spend their lives giving: time, energy, care, love, and support to everyone around them. But somewhere along the way, many forget that they deserve that same care too.

Sometimes the most powerful thing a woman can give is to herself:

Permission to rest.
Attention to her health.
Care for her body.
Space for healing and wellbeing.

And when she does, she gains something powerful in return:

Strength
Clarity
Energy to show up fully for her life.

When we also give kindness and support within our communities, we strengthen each other’s wellbeing and create spaces where women can thrive mentally and physically.

Today I’m reminded that caring for our health is not selfish, it’s necessary.

Sometimes the best way to gain is to start by giving yourself the care you’ve always given to others.

Happy International Women’s Day. 🤍

Ever felt overwhelmed and you couldn’t even explain why?

Nothing dramatic happened.
Your life may look fine on the outside.

But inside you feel:
• mentally drained
• emotionally heavy
• easily irritated
• constantly tired

Most times, it’s not one big problem.

It’s the accumulation of stress, responsibilities, emotional labor, lack of rest, and trying to be everything for everyone.

Your body and mind are simply asking for support.

Take a moment to pause, breathe, and give yourself grace.

Save this post for days when everything feels like “too much.”

Your health is not optional.
Your womb is not to be neglected.
And your life is too precious to take chances with.

STIs are on the rise, and the strongest thing a woman can do is protect herself. Get tested. Go for regular checkups. Pay attention to your body. Ask questions. Don’t ignore symptoms.

Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish, it’s responsible. It’s powerful. It’s wise.

Protect your health. Protect your future. Protect your womb. 💛
