Just 4 years ago I worked at a very famous fast-food chain, disregarding my mental and physical health.
Now I am healthy and fit in my 40's.
I went from emotional binge eating or not eating or exercising at all…
…to now that I don't need anymore calories counting or a complicated routine to maintain my weight and my general health functioning 💪
So what changed?
Back in 2018…
👉I was eating unhealthy. My body was in pain all the time (I had to go to walk-ins and A&E at least one time every other week). My mental health was failing and despite being aware of everything, I wasn't able to change even the smallest thing in my life to reverse this self-destructive behaviour.
👉I was confuse, with no sense of direction and a lot of false (and often dangerous) information.
👉I had 0 control over anything, living day by day without being the main character of my life.
👉I was TERRIFIED of aging 🫣
Now in 2023…
👉I enjoy food without restriction and I have built a strong body that will be able to face any aging changes will come in the future.
👉I have implemented a winning mindset that promote an holistic health approach.
👉I inspire and educate other women to embrace their power and change their life for good.
Here’s the 3 keys that got me here to inspire and help you be able to change your life 💛
1️⃣ YOUR HEALTH FIRST. Invest in yourself, your health is your future.
2️⃣ DON'T AIM FOR PERFECTION. I used to fear what people thought of me and this held me back from being able to better myself. You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to show up.
3️⃣ ENJOYING DISCOMFORT. Everything you want exists outside your comfort zone.
Remember when you first took the training wheels off your bike?
You didn’t feel ready.
Decisions come first.
Feelings follow.
You just have to decide to start.
And then choose to show up everyday with 100% of what you have ✨
