OMG!😱❤️Yesterday, RBMHAW held her very first Black Trauma Workshop in the UK — and what an inspiring experience it was! The session created a safe and empowering space for honest conversations about racial trauma, identity, and healing. Participants engaged deeply, sharing personal insights and learning practical tools for fostering understanding and resilience.

One of the most encouraging outcomes is hearing how participants plan to take what they’ve learned back into their workplaces — creating more inclusive, trauma-informed environments and continuing the conversation on wellbeing and racial awareness. We had representation from the Bedford Police, local mental health organisations and the ICB Bedford team.

This workshop was not just about reflection, but about action. Together, we are planting seeds of healing, awareness, and systemic change.
