Connection is one of the key foundations of optimal health alongside nourishment, movement and sleep. It often gets overlooked especially as we transition into midlife. Seeing happy people that look like, and represent you in the wellness space is a passion of mine.

I think we achieved it at our sold-out Dark Skin School experience.

Introducing the amazing Danielle Bridge CEO of our partners .uk

An amazing knowledgeable spirit who understood exactly why black women need to celebrate themselves and give themselves their flowers. Honoured to have her onboard as a panellist.

Celebrate with us this Black History Month where we will be discussing topics such as why Cultural Appropriate Therapy is the way forward for black women. Why “talent stacking” is a MUST for good mental maintenance.

All attendees will be gifted their well-deserved flowers on the day.
